Rim UCI Impact Test

1. Test Conditions：

   
   

   1. Install the wheel set without tires on the test machine and tighten it, the impact point and the air nozzle are 90 degrees in the center of the two spoke holes;

   2. The weight of the impact head is 10.4kg, and the impact height is 392mm. Vertical free fall to impact the air nozzle 90° and 270° respectively once (the energy of each impact should be maintained at 40J).

   
   

2. Judgment Criteria:

1. There should be no obvious cracks or delamination on the surface of the rim and the spoke holes;

2. There must be no appearance variation in the lateral profile, and the lateral deflection shall not exceed 1mm;

3. The radial profile shall not have any appearance variation, and the radial deflection shall not exceed 1mm.
